We are based in Lewes, East Sussex and use the latest 4K UHD drones and are fully insured and certified by the CAA.

ScreenWrx are producing drone photography & video footage, flying up to 400ft. Our drones carry cameras using the best gyro-stabilised gimbals to produce ultra sharp HD 5.4K video and 20 megapixel still images.
Safety, Certification & Planning
At ScreenWrx, safety is a top priority for both our team and clients. We achieve this through comprehensive preparation and strict safety procedures. Each drone undergoes on-site examination and thorough pre-flight checks. Our team fully briefs clients on the project, ensuring that all parties involved fully understand any identified risks and the safety measures being implemented.
To legally operate drones commercially in UK airspace, ScreenWrx holds the CAA Operational Authorisation and the A2 CofC, and is covered for up to £5m in Public Liability and Indemnity. While the CAA regulations are intricate, we can guide you through the process to ensure that your aerial shoot is both legal and safe. We conduct a detailed online pre-flight survey, including a location check for airspace restrictions, nearby airports, and no-fly zones to identify any potential flight restrictions.
For each aerial photography job, we conduct a risk assessment in accordance with CAA guidance. On-site, we establish cordons, clearly marked landing areas, and ground safety personnel. All our aircraft have “return to home” safety features.
Before any flights are undertaken, we create an operations plan for each job. On the day of the shoot, the pilot has the final say in determining if flying conditions and location are “deemed safe.
Advice & Guidance
Our aim is to assist you in the successful utilisation of drone technology into your project by providing expert guidance on planning and preparation. Our primary goal is the delivery of quality drone services to our clients.
Our drones are capable of flying up to a maximum height of 400 feet, capturing high-resolution images and video that can be tailored to your specifications. We processes the footage to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality.
These images and videos can be viewed on various devices, and can even be shared online through platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, or Google Street View. If you are unsure about how to upload or share your content, we are more than happy to provide assistance.
Weather
We monitor the weather forecast 5 days in advance of any shoot. If the signs are not good we talk to the client 48 hours prior to the shoot. At this point we will reschedule the shoot to the next suitable date at no additional cost and the booking deposit is transferred to the new date.
Weather is a known business risk in the UK, so we have to be as flexible as possible to ensure that bookings can be rearranged. If the shoot cannot be re-scheduled due to factors out of our control (live events, client availability) ScreenWrx do not offer a refund of the initial deposit.
If we both decide to stay with the original date and we have bad weather, our pilots will wait on site as long as possible in the hope of a break in the weather. If we arrive on site and are unable to shoot on the day we will charge in full, but offer clients a 25% discount off the price of the second shoot on the follow up date.
Copyright and Use of Material
ScreenWrx retains the copyright of all aerial photography and filmed content. We can negotiate and agree a buyout of footage for specific filming contracts. Our clients have full use of all photography and filmed material for their own business promotion, media, print, marketing, advertising and website use.
In our terms of service clients are permitted to use all material in conjunction with their media, print and advertising suppliers.
Clients are not permitted to sell the material or allow general 3rd parties to use it without prior written agreement with us.
ScreenWrx promotes our business and services via a diverse combination of media channels and we reserve the right to use any video footage or photograph still images for our own PR purposes, on our website, in a showreel, in printed material and on social media.
With regard to client confidentiality and any embargo provisions, ScreenWrx agrees not use any video footage or photographs until our client has published the material. We also reserve the right to supply video footage and photographs to stock libraries at a later date.
