Drone Services: FAQ
Yes, I hold the A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), which allows me to operate drones safely and legally in built-up areas under specific conditions.
Absolutely. I am fully insured with public liability insurance specifically for commercial drone operations, giving you peace of mind during every shoot.
I offer a range of services including aerial photography, cinematic drone videography, real estate and property marketing, events coverage, roof inspections, construction site progress reporting, and promotional videos.
If you have anything else you need, just give us a quick call.
I’m based in East Sussex and cover the surrounding counties as well. If you're unsure whether I can get to you, just drop me a message.
Yes, with the A2 CofC licence, I can operate in certain built-up areas while maintaining a safe distance from uninvolved people and property, as per CAA regulations.
I use high-quality drones equipped with 4K cameras and stabilized gimbals to ensure smooth, professional footage and crisp photos.
Typical drone batteries last around 20-25 minutes, but I carry multiple batteries. A standard session can use up to 3 batteries if required, so a session will normally last up to 2 hours in total.
Safety comes first. If weather conditions (such as rain, high winds, or fog) make flying unsafe or illegal, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
If I have travelled more than 20 miles, there would be a charge of 50p per mile.
Yes, some areas may require landowner permission or special airspace authorisation. I handle all necessary permissions and checks before any flight.
I recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially during busy periods. This allows for checking for any flight restrictions and weather conditions. However, I can sometimes accommodate short notice if availability allows.
Absolutely! I work closely with clients to understand their vision and can tailor the shoot to capture the exact footage or images you need.
